Coastal Stone Bourbon Cask Single Malt Australian Whisky (500mL)

Following the wildly successful Sherry Cask, here we have the second whisky from acclaimed Aussie distilling outfit, Manly Spirits Co. The second release is a much more mellow and sweet single malt, matured in ex-Kentucky Bourbon casks and filled in Manly Spirits' first year of distilling. Therefore, powers of deduction make this dram approximately five years old - far older than many other Aussie whiskies. All casks were ‘first fill’, providing an amazing roundness in flavour - a true daily sipper.
