Redbreast 12 Year Old Cask Strength - Batch B1/21 Irish Whiskey | 700ML Tasting Notes

Nose: Festive spices, orange peel, mint leaf, and a good whack of old sherry.

Palate: Fruity notes come to the fore in the shape of damson, sultana, pineapple, and more orange. It's supported by layers of vanilla, honeycomb, and a whisper of coffee.

Finish: Stewed berries, coffee again, and diced almonds.
