          Produced on the Tasmanian East Coast by Cam & Suzy Brett, this single malt has been matured sherry casks for a fruity, spicy profile. The whisky is made using East Coast Tassie rainwater, said to be the best in the world, ensuring a soft and slightly maritime quality to this juice. A small copper pot still produces a luscious mouthfeel in the final product.
